I reviewed the threatened texts sent from this person to her boyfriend saying she would do this if he didn't come back. Normally, I would always validate a victims experience if i hadn't had this information beforehand. The victim post is someone who is angry that her boyfriend left her. Using this method to try and vent is not helpful. DP post is someone who thinks therapist control their clients and has unrealistic expectations. It is sad that people can use this method to vent.
